Across the Central West and the regions, doctors are leaving the bush and they’re not being replaced.

Our residents deserve nothing less than equality in access to doctors and medical services.

We call on the Australian Government to immediately fix the rural doctor shortage crisis to deliver more doctors to Central Western NSW without delay.

I’ve been advised by the Minister for Immigration and Home Affairs, Tony Burke, that he has considered the Nguyen family’s application for Ministerial Intervention and has now granted them new visas allowing them to live and work in Australia!
